In a recent conversation with Ian Griffiths in the comments of my WPF Commands post I learnt that I need to be more clear in my writing as I managed to create much confusion in who directed me down an certain path (/me totally to blame!); but that's not the good news, the good news is that a 2nd Edition of Programming Windows Presentation Foundation will be out soon.

This is truly good news, Programming WPF is my active book on WPF (p.157 and counting); at the time of putting my book list together I had not really read enough to comment in earnest. Now, however, I have: it rocks! My original criticism still stands however, in that the examples are at times out-of-date but I guess that is to be expected of a book written against the beta AND is being rectified via a 2nd edition - kudos to Chris and Ian.
